ABOUT sam sudbrock
Sam joined the company in October 2024 as a "land sale specialist". A 2015 graduate of Centralia High School, Sam attended State Fair Community College, earning an Associate of Arts in Agricultural Business.
Outside the office, Sam stays busy across the community—running Cow Patty Blossoms Nursery & Greenhouse, serving as Superintendent of the Floriculture Building at the Missouri State Fair, and helping on the family farm northeast of Centralia. Sam is currently working toward a real estate license.
In free time, you’ll likely find Sam tinkering with antique tractors, spending time with friends, catching an auction or concert, or trying new foods. Known for being outgoing and approachable, Sam rarely meets a stranger.
