Staff Profiles

At AgriLand Appraisal Group we have four General Certified Appraisers, one Residential Certified Appraiser, and one Staff Associate who is currently finishing his certification requirements.   At AgriLand Appraisal Group our appraisers have a combined total of 34 years of appraisal experience. 


Boyd Harris.....General Certified....  boyd@agrilandappraisals.com
Boyd is the Senior Associate with the Group and has been a General Certified Appraiser since 1991. He has a strong agricultural appraisal background, having worked extensively across Missouri and the surrounding states. He is currently certified in both Missouri and Illinois. Boyd is Secretary of the Missouri Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and a Board Member of the Missouri Appraiser’s Advisory Council.  He is also an FHA approved appraiser and a FarmerMac approved appraiser.

David Kleinsorge.....General Certified....  dkleinsorge@agrilandappraisals.com 
David has been with the Group since June 2002, practicing primarily in agricultural and commercial appraisals. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri, has experience in production agriculture, agri-business management, and insurance. David operates from our Middletown, MO. office in eastern Missouri.

Michael Sharp.....General Certified....  mike@agrilandappraisals.com
Michael has been a contract associate since January 2005. He has an agricultural background, is a graduate of the University of Missouri, and has extensive practice in agricultural appraisals. Mike operates out of the Laddonia location in eastern Audrain County.

John Wheeler.....Residential Certified....  john@agrilandappraisals.com
John has been a contract staff member since January 2004.  John has nearly 6 years of appraisal experience including single and multi family residential properties and vacant land.  

Mason Spurgeon.....General Certified....  mason@agrilandappraisals.com 
Mason has been a contract staff member since June 2006.  Mason has 5 years of appraisal experience including farms, vacant land, commercial properties and residential properties.   

Ryan Boeckmann.....Registered Trainee ...ryan@agrilandappraisals.com.   The newest member of the team, Ryan has been with the company since May 2008. He graduated from the University of Missouri Business School with degrees in Finance and Real Estate. He is working towards General Certification and does farm and rural property appraisals.
